By the end of this workshop, you’ll know WHAT you need to outsource, WHO you need to hire (and how), and HOW to manage that new team member effectively.
It’s going to be an implementation-based workshop,
And there’ll be very little – if any – hype or fluff (except for around my waist #latenightsnacker) on this workshop.
It’ll be mainly coaching and teaching – followed by sessions where we’ll implement together as a group.
Does that make sense? Okay cool.
Now here’s the thing. I want everyone who joins this workshop to get results.
