It’s safe to say I’ve been an organized person my whole life. My bed had to be made in the morning (still does), and I liked keeping my notebooks free of doodles. 

Growing up, I always used my organization skills in every role I had, whether that was a group project in school or at my job. All the advancements I received at my job I owe to my organizational skills and resourcefulness. 

I spent 12+ years climbing the corporate ladder of a restaurant chain, having no idea why or where it would lead me. Throughout my time there, I implemented many new systems and processes that everyone from executives to management and store employees would use. I was appointed the company’s first ever HR role 2 years before I quit to start my own business. 

My experiences have given me the ability to easily identify gaps in a process and implement sustainable solutions for everyone involved. What good is a system or tool if you don’t know how to use it, am I right?! 

In 2019, I made the pant-shitting decision to quit that job to start my own business. I was tired of staring out of the window and thinking about how great life would be “if.” 

It hasn’t been easy, but is anything good that’s worth having ever easy?!
